As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both languages, along with a strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
Client Acquisition: Initiate contact with potential clients to present our products/services and understand their business needs.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the sales process and improve overall efficiency.
Communication and Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to cater to a diverse client base.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Close deals and ensure smooth handover to the delivery or account management teams.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi.
